Geprüft wird Verständnis, nicht Vermögen, und es handelt sich nicht um eine Beratung: Bestehen heißt, dass das Unternehmen Sie weiterlassen durfte, nicht dass das Produkt zu Ihnen passt oder dass jemand geprüft hätte, ob Sie den Verlust tragen können. Und unzutreffende Angaben, um Zugang zu erhalten, beseitigen genau den Schutz, den die Prüfung auslösen soll, und lassen den Verlust vollständig bei Ihnen.
